The best way to get the word out about the DBHS Alumni Register is to refer people to the list. Using the automated form below you can let someone know what they are missing by not being listed in the register. After you input the name and email address for someone you would like to see listed in the registry, an automated email from you will be sent to them letting them know about the website and inviting them to join. This form will not add anyone to the register. In order to do this they will have to visit the site and add themselves.
